Supported Label Sizes & Formats

Overview

This page lists the combinations of file format, content type, and label size that can be used in the documents object.

Things to Consider

  1. Label size uses upper-case X. Using lower case will result in an error.
  2. A URL document is available for 24 hours after the document is created.
  3. Advise shippers on correct label placement. Please see What is the correct placement for a shipping label?
